Recreational Activities Questionnaire

業委會正籌劃未來一年各種文化康樂活動，為徵集大家意見，請花少許時間填寫網上問卷。歡迎單位內每位住戶各自填寫，完成後點擊「提交」即可，問卷截止收集日期為 5月10日中午十二時。如已填寫網上問卷的，請不用再填寫放於座頭的問卷，謝謝！

In order for us to better plan the activities for the upcoming year, we would like to invite you to participate in a questionnaire online. Please take a few minutes to complete the questionnaire. Each household may submit more than one form. Deadline for submission is Noon on 10th May 2019. If you have completed the questionnaire online, you will not have to submit the hard copy which is placed in the lobby of each block.
